I booked a hotel thru Agoda-visa wednesday promo link just before 1 am just now, paid using PB signature for additional 6% CB but the 12% discount didn't appear..
so i called Agoda CS and they had to give the discount manually and will refund the 12% in about a week...
nasib baik called, tidak buta2 rugi 12%

meaning you called before purchase? and was instructed to proceed without the 12% first but will be refunded in a week time?

no i did not.. l was hoping that the 12% discount would be applied automatically once we enter the details (name, credit card etc.) and press "continue" button..
but in my case after press continue no discount applied, and the payment straight away went through and the transaction was done without having to enter OTP.

"So where is the discount?" I wondered..and read again their website trying to figure out how to get discount but couldn't get any clue. the damage was done..

Then, only I called Agoda CS ...had to wait 1/2 hour before someone answered the phone. lucky she agreed to process the 12% discount manually....got to belanja her

oh i see... actually the discount will show right after you entered your cc details and before you click to continue.

For those that have used their complimentary access to PPL with 5x swipes, what is the procedure?

At PPL when you signed the slip, is the amount shown is 0.00 or you need to pay first?

If you need to pay first, and after you completed the 5x swipes requirement, how long it takes for the amount to be reimbursed?

I did not get 6% rebate for my Agoda transaction (book first pay later)

For those who applied online, how long did it take you to get Approved and received the Card.

Applied beginning of the month together with Maybank. Already received my Maybank Card last week but until now, not even received any SMS that my application was approved.

Just received automated confirmation that application was received. With Maybank, within 3-days, received SMS that application was approved and Card within 1-week later

But with PB, no sound at all. PB service deteriorating. Just want their Card for Dining and Online CB.
