Don't have a microkorg, but i have a microarranger and a micro x synth, although the adapter looks pretty similar but they are not able to fit to one another, which i believe korg make specific adapters to each model. just buy a replacement adapter from korg, wouldn't dare to risk short circuit with dodgy aftermarket adapter.
