Should I change my routines, Am I doing it wrong?

Getting Started

Been doing dumbell workouts at home and currently I have been doing multiple exercise meaning biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs, forearms, shoulder press all at once for evrytime I workout which are on Mondays Wednesday and Friday. Should I be splitting my workout regiment meaning doing more concentrated workout on the day I workout example Monday just abs and biceps, Wednesday triceps and chest so on?
