Remove all uneaten food after 12 hours. Fruits attract flies and ants, etc.

You can give the cage bars a good wipedown with baby wipes. That's what I do. Also, when the gliders are in the pouch with you -- try sunning the cage la and the branches and the coconut shell. You can do this once a week. Give the cage a thorough cleaning. And sun everything. Did you put any cloth in the coconut shell? Best to do that la -- some gliders don't pee in the coconut cage cause if there's a cloth there, they sleep in it - for some if they pee in it, at least it gets absorbed by the cloth and u can wash it out and it won't seep into the coconut shell. Make sure you take out the cloth everyday and check la -- if they pee in it then change the cloth.

No la hehe that's not my cage. But I'd love to allow my glider to play in that sort of cage. Looks like fun!

Try cutting out one of your old t-shirts la -- and put that in the coconut shell. It'll help with the bonding process too as they'll be able to smell you. Also, put the shirt in their pouch as well.

Yup, once a week -- thorough cleaning is enough already. But clean out the food bowl and water bottle/water dish everyday and the newspaper bedding la. And you can give the cage bars a good wipedown with the babywipes if you see it's dirty. That takes less than 5 minutes.

...you mean somedays -- they are placed outside of the house?

And what? You threw hot water on the cat? sweat.gif

Okay give me a few days -- I'll go to the 100Yen store in Puchong and find out where else they have the stores in Klang Valley etc. You're in PJ or KL? Worse comes to worse, if you want, I can help you get the pouch. Then maybe can meet up at Midvalley or something. See la -- hehe. Let me ask them where are their other shops first. Will keep you posted. I might go there this weekend.

Well, you can contact smellyocheese with regards to glidersitting. I'm getting her to take care of my glider when I leave for Australia next month. She has boarding facilities, etc. Your gliders will be well taken care of as she's totally experienced. tongue.gif

Lol! Yeah BabyBoy does the same thing. The other day, I was playing my guitar and he was on my shoulder then he stole my guitar pick from me and wouldn't give it back. He just held onto it with both hands and started chewing on it. Then he brought it into his pouch and until now he has it with him. Bad bad boy. laugh.gif

Hahaha he is so cute! Tried taking a photo of Roscoe, but it was dark and I was afraid of using the flash. Aiks if I ever take pictures of my SGs it will be all lansi shots.

Misa! Thank you! Tell me more if you find out anything on the 100Yen Shop. Otherwise I would be happy to meet up with you at either Ikano, 1Utama or MidValley during the weekend. Maybe we can all have a SG and owner gathering!

Hun, thinking of getting your small mix that you said ywould be available in November. I am already feeding my gliders a mix now and they seem to love it. But I would not mind feeding them your mix treat. Such thumbup.gif good reviews

Okay -- you know what -- I'll get hold of the pouch for you la. Then we'll meet up at Midvalley or something. Will go hunt for it sometime this week then -- drawstring yeah? You want one or two? Let me know through PM la then so we won't spam this thread with our discussion tongue.gif I won't get the ugly ones -- no worries hehe it'll be comfortable for your suggies. You've got two suggies right? I suggest that you put some sort of blanket for them in the pouch for extra comfort -- I cut out a pair of my old padini shorts for that laugh.gif now it's his favourite blankie.

Thanks Misa! Now I just have to find some old clothes of mine to cut up. But I have none, now that I have smartly thrown it all away.

I am dreading going home tonight. It is time to cut my critters nails and I have bad feeling about it because this will be the first time I am cutting their nails on my own.

I tried the "feeding worm" tactic as a distraction, but they practically swallow the worm while eating it. Then I tried cutting Roscoe's nails while he was sleeping. he woke up and started crying. Don't know what to do. But I have to cut their nails as it is unbearable!
