I just wanted to share my bad experience with everyone here.
I ordered a laptop from ipmart on 26 November. 10 days after that I contacted them to see what is taking so long and their reply was "we are still expecting mentioned item from supplier". This is the response I got from them day after day, until finally on 10 December they told me the item is not available. That is 15 days after I purchased the laptop online! Of course, I asked for a refund on the same day (10 Dec.). Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the refund and calling them every day doesn't seem to help.
My friendly advice to anyone out there is:
Don't give money to someone who doesn't care about their customers. There are other shops who give their best in providing a good customer service and treating their customers with respect. I am sad to say that I have chosen the wrong one and now am bearing the consequences.
IPMart BAD Experience, i dont recomended them anymore
