 IPMart BAD Experience, i dont recomended them anymore

I just wanted to share my bad experience with everyone here.

I ordered a laptop from ipmart on 26 November. 10 days after that I contacted them to see what is taking so long and their reply was "we are still expecting mentioned item from supplier". This is the response I got from them day after day, until finally on 10 December they told me the item is not available. That is 15 days after I purchased the laptop online! Of course, I asked for a refund on the same day (10 Dec.). Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the refund and calling them every day doesn't seem to help.

My friendly advice to anyone out there is:
Don't give money to someone who doesn't care about their customers. There are other shops who give their best in providing a good customer service and treating their customers with respect. I am sad to say that I have chosen the wrong one and now am bearing the consequences.

Hello olak329, thank you so much for your response. I was wondering if you have any tips on how to log a report to Consumer Tribunal. Do I register and fill out a form? Also, is there a second place for reporting issues like this? I would like to report anywhere I can...
The customer service at iPmart is useless and it's already a month now without a laptop and without my money. This is unacceptable.

Same issue here, i bought and paid Nvidia Shield Tablet and a pelican nvidia tablet case on 8th November 14, said it was a 3-4 weeks delivery on tablet and 7-21 working days on the case, ok no problem in waiting.

Hey MacaroniNcheese, I am so sorry you're going through this like me. I have also found that messaging and calling them doesn't change anything. They keep saying that they will "escalate the problem" but all they have escalated so far is my blood pressure. They also said they are busy dealing with a lot of customers, but now I see that they are probably busy dealing with a lot of complaints and refunds (because they certainly aren't busy doing deliveries).

People need to know about this so that they don't get cheated like us. So, spread the word and please let me know of any reporting options. I will be more than glad to file any papers necessary.

To be honest, I have ordered from Lazada many times. I had no problems so far. But it is not about being late with delivery with iPmart, it is about allowing you to buy a product that is not available, not letting me know for weeks that the product was out of stock, and then not refunding my money for few more weeks after that. I still don't have the refund and I am a graduate student without a personal computer because iPmart is holding the money that was supposed to go towards getting a new one.

It shouldn't be a problem for a succeful company with good cutomer service. It just demonstrates a lack of quality and capability of handling customers.
