First of all, this was probably the worst of all online foreign website.
Ordered a HTC ONE M8 For RM2199, with RM6.44 Shipping using pos laju charges.
Yes i understand its 3 May 2014 is (Saturday) and 4 May is (Sunday), they make promised to deliver item within 4 days.
Firstly i emailed them on 5 MAY 2014 Regarding estimated delivery, no CONFIRM DATE as they said in T&C as in 1-4 working days.
Who do need 4 days to pack a phone just for shipping?
I do online business myself, and item are usually shipped in just 1 next working days.
Yes, UNLESS if you dont have stock at all?? Then no point.
1 other thing i realise, they dont tell us whether they have STOCK or NOT for current item we're buying.
On 6 May 2104 at 12pm or so, i emailed them another email regarding if they cant promised to SHIPPED BY TODAY which 7 MAY 2014, just cancelled all my order and process for a REFUND
On website, they promised to REPLY EMAIL within 24 Hours or working days, on today, 7 MAY 2014, no email reply at all from them, and now is 5.31PM
We all know HTC One M8 Official launch in Malaysia is on 8 May 2014, and all other store already carry ready in stock for this model.
they doesnt said that the item is PRE-ORDER. Its just PURCHASED, they should already have stock.
I Think its them dont have stock, and trying to delay shipment. its RM2k purchased for god sake, they should do speedup delivering item.
I could understand if the Pos Laju that taking their time, but this is SELLER @ MERCHANT who do delay for shipment, its was like trying to prevent people from buying from them anymore.
I also do online shopping on DECATHLON, which take 3 days max to prepare shipment for large and lots of sport equipment, plus all item comes from SINGAPORE!!
I Also do online shopping from Lazada, so far no problem. Plus other online shopping website WILL SHOW STOCK AVAILABILITY!
So Today i made a call to IPMart for a refund. They acknowledge that they received the email but didnt reply. Really suck customer service.
So we'll just wait in 2 days for the refund.
If not, this will really go into Tribunal.
OVERALL, if you really patients about your item, yes please proceed. i believe not all item and shipment are being delayed.
By my opinions, you better call them first to get STOCK STATUS before paying and wasting time to follow up and ask for refund.
This is my worse Customer service and worst online shopping experience.
If any friends ask, i DONT RECOMENDED THEM. Better try LAZADA, faster service. Once ordered a knifem received within 3 day after payment received.!
Will update once get my money refunded.

UPDATE 7 MAY 7.32PM
Received a phone call, telling all stock will be shipped out next Wednesday 14 May 2014.
Very LOUSY-PROMISED-4 DAYS DELIVERY-IPMART-SERVICE!!

item received after long complain, upper management called and decide to apologies on their mistake and for their staff behavior, which insist on not refund as per my ask. continue shipped, and item received on 12 May 2014, which is 9 DAYS after payment made.
send me a rapid charger 2units ipmart brand as a token of their mistakes. but cases will still go through Consumer Tribunal.
