[Update]

on 13 of march 2015, i have purchase :

Soft Flash Diffuser
Wireless Remote Control ML-L3 for Nikon D90
VZTEC BACK-EAR WIRELESS HEADSET
Sensonic EVI500 Earphone

and made the payment on the spot via FPX with total RM 114.45 state.

Then on 16 march I check that the item is not yet sent because insufficient payment, the FPX charge (RM1.50) is not included with the 1st total. Thats weird. then I pay the FPX charge with FPX charge, so Total I have to add RM3 (RM1.50+RM1.50).

Until now I still did not received the item, they say the Sensonic EVI500 Earphone is not yet arrive at their warehouse, so all the items also delayed.

To me IPMART should send the already on hand item then ship the delayed item later & bare the shipping cost, but they wont take the blame.

So called " Processed within 24 Hours after payment confirmation. " wink.gif

Hope StoreKini will update with new & various products. cool2.gif

I paid for my order on 10 April and they only confirmed my payment 2 days after. Then, they use another 3 days to ship out and sent me photos of the products. It was obviously a WRONG item. Different name, different specs. I emailed them but got no response. Need to use live chat, calls and tons of messages to force them to get things done.

They received my returned items 2 days ago and until now not yet give me any response about refund. Today I log in to check if got any new message and found out they had done a big change to their website. All my order history and message history are gone!

Luckily I got printscreen of everything and I'm reporting this to consumer tribunal NOW.

I bought a lenovo s930 from ipmart.com 1 year ago and sent for warranty claim at 25th march 2015, its been 2 months now and I still havent received my phone yet. If I were to bring the phone to be fixed outside, it would only take at most 1 week. So its really bad after service, would not buy anything online again, especially for gadget items. Try to email their CEO, I cant seem to find his email address online so I just email the customer service with Attn to their ceo Mart Tang. Still the same answer, you phone is with supplier service, your patience is appreciated~~Even if I complain here I dont think ipmart would see this and take action~

If bought a RM700 item, you can say goodbye to your rm700 if you claim for warranty. Because they are not going to return your warranty claimed item. They lie and cheat. Say the warranty claim would take 2weeks-2months, its passed 2 months now and I have been waiting for very LONG LONG time now, still no news about my phone. Its the same reply every time I ask them: you product is still in warranty claim process blah....

Plus the phone I bought get faulty very fast within a year which makes me think maybe its because its AP, but it could have been refurbish too, who knows, when I ask them is the phone ORI, they say yes. But now I highly doubt it.

Agreed. Placed an order for a motherboard 1 month ago. Paid them, transaction went through. And yet up-till-date, my delivery status is still at pending status.

Sent them a couple of emails to remind them, yet everytime their reply is the same, saying "We are still in the midst of processing your order. We are waiting for the supplier to allocate the items to our side. We are sorry as there is delay during the allocation from the supplier side. We will expedite the order as soon as possible", it's like talking to an answering machine, there is no sincerity or concern involved. And it's only 1 item involved. If the supplier allocate the item 1 year later, am i supposed to wait for 1 year or maybe longer???

The company as a business should chase after the supplier, not we as the customers chase after them.

Do Not Buy from IPMART** Extremely disappointed, very bad experience!

Same experience, overall, this is the worst online seller I ever met.
20 June 2015, Ordered a smartphone plus memory card, done payment, and got an email telling that the items will be sent out in 1-7 working days. After 3 working days, no progress on shipment status (pending). Then, I asked them nicely if there was something wrong, and got an email that they are "in the midst of processing order". After a week, still no progress, wondering about what they're doing, then again emailed them over and over again. 2 July 2015, the memory card shipped out as partial delivery, received it in fast delivery. Today, I got an email that the smartphone is OUT OF STOCK, and offered an item exchange, I rejected their recommendation, and acquire refund. Now still waiting their reply.
So long waiting, lack of trust. mad.gif

Had a bad experience too!

Ordered a motherboard on 10th June, wait 4 working days and then use the customer support email function and ask them, they just give general answer like 'will expedite' order while I'm asking ETA.

Few more message exchange and they tell me they expecting item from supplier.

However on 3rd July they message me telling the item is OUT OF STOCK and ask me to pick other items or refund....

Wasted 1 month waiting for something that was never really there... Even up till today the motherboard still available to purchase! Wondering is this their trick to get cash flow? Making empty promise, getting prepayment from victims, use the cash to get stock, then refund when they have surplus?

Anyway already made an enquiry via e-tribunal and see anything I can do for my consumer rights! Bad experience!

Great, after 1week plus of 'processing my order' I've just been told the Ouya is out of stock, and they asked me to proceed for a replacement or a refund. I asked for the latter, so here's hoping they manage to handle that speedily.

Not impressed at all...


13th July followup - they have given me store credit as a 'refund'. I've written back that this is unacceptable, and they need to credit my paypal back.

It seems Ipmart has a rather dishonest practice of not listing goods as unavailable and as such 'trapping' your funds to be used in their store.

After 1 month+ I decided to write a bad review on their facebook and received a swift reply from the page admin asking me to email them for refund.

So I proceed to send email to them and they replied me by today that they had completed the refund today (so they actually can do it within a day if we complaint?) and ask me to check the refund tomorrow. I think they just changed management because the refund is done by another company.

Anyway wasting me 1 months of time, misleading customer, and they want to settle for a simple direct refund? Hell NO! Paid RM5 and filed a complaint against this bad company via e-tribunal.

Strongly suggest whoever were bullied by this company, file a complaint against them. Even though you might not get compensated and they might not give a shit, but the more complaint they will definitely feel the pain and do something to improve.

I have a sinking feeling this is a deliberate ploy by them to fund their operations, interest free micro-loans from their consumer base! Hahhaa

So bad experience with ipmart 😡, poking around with them amost 4 months, as I asked them for refund, they told me that refund was complete. Everyday login to my bank account, checking their transaction, and no result at all. I emailed them over and over, the answers still same, indeed, they asked me to confirm with my bank. What a stupid recommendation!!!

Ok, I called the bank and they answered me that they have nothing to do, because to be honest that NO REFUND TRANSACTION from ipmart or any second company for such amount. Then, I emailed back ipmart, asked them about their truly transaction. The answers remain the same "the refund was bounced".

Bought items 20/6/2015, asked refund, until now 14/9/2015, the refund is still not done. What should I do? What a bad online service!!! vmad.gif

bought a freaking powercase for my 5s! a freaking powercase! turns out to be a faulty one. the thing wont charge my phone and led indicator showed the same level even after days of charge. ask for a refund. they asked me to snap video to show how its being broken. freaking recorded the video their email server couldnt even receive email more than 10mb -.-. then asked me to send picture. then i sent picture already. they ask me to pack that thing as how i received it. man this is taking alot of process. if they are asking me to do some more shit or wtv im just gonna ask for a freaking refund. this is my first time shopping with them and would be my last. calling their customer service? goodluck with that! waited for almost thirty minutes no one is answering.
