First, share out the foler in your PC
you can install "Solid explorer" or "ES Explorer" etc in your android phone, then open the apps and choose SAMBA.
keyin your PC's IP Address and now you can access all the PC share files

If you want simple, you can use "Airdroid"

tested 2 hours on 3C
- screen picture quality not as sharp and saturate as my Nexus 4 (calibrated). My N4 contrast very high
- smoothness lose to my N4 (optimized custom kernel)
- Ringtone sound is not low as many ppl mentioned
- camera noise is alright, much better than N4. but cant compete with my Note2 and Iphone5. But the front camera is awesome

sometime notification only receive after screen wake up

sometime got pulse light but no notification tone
