didnt went into the "battery" under settings yet..

notify = apps will ask for your permission to push notification. you can decide it whether to approve or not.

allow = you allowing apps to push a notification, hence app will not ask you again for permission.

usually this can be done in Settings > Apps > (Choose any apps) > Show Notification box (Tick to allow notification push, untick to deny notification push)

its just Notification Manager made it easy for you to manage permission for apps pushed notification.

Got mine today after cursing Citylink etc. Changed of hearts...decided to keep the 3c coz.its so cute...work nicely with my XZU. Worth the Rm499 and I think it.should retail.RM599 the least!

Why is Huawei releasing small number of units of this phone?
Is this their marketing ploy to hype up the brand name?
Xiaomi is also seems to be doing the same.
I think people should just wait and not get overly excited and paying excessive amounts of money to get this phone.
