I am not so sure about the price psf compared to others, but no harm to check it out.
Need to consider too many highrise at walking distance. MCity, Elements, Astonia(if i got the name correctly) & Arte. |

I hv 1unit loan rejected unit high floor of Arte ampang (I bought a unit here also) from 1 of my investors fren nett after 20% disc rm527k pool view block A (earliest batch pricing under my investment club). SPA rm659k, if could secure Mbsb loan 90% then then can cash out 10%. While signing SPA issue 5% downpayment first then only will be return to buyer during next disbursement.

I heard currently have 15% rebate, DIBS & GRR 7% pa.
How keen they are for giving these rebates? Anyone received their rebate after sign S&P? And the DIBS do you guys received? |
