Upon market survey conducted along the CBD area, Arte Ampang do have its own USP & features compare to others properties nearby.

I hv 1unit loan rejected unit high floor of Arte ampang (I bought a unit here also) from 1 of my investors fren nett after 20% disc rm527k pool view block A (earliest batch pricing under my investment club). SPA rm659k, if could secure Mbsb loan 90% then then can cash out 10%. While signing SPA issue 5% downpayment first then only will be return to buyer during next disbursement.
VP handover by end 2017.
