Details:
I order 2 units of the item above on 23 June 2006 before making payment of RM215 into his BSN account less than 24 hours later.

I waited for about 4 weeks for my order to arrive but it didn't.

Eventually I lost my patient, so I asked for refund and give my bank account details on 18 July 2006.
He agreed to bank in the amount, but failed to do so up until now.

I sent him SMS's, PM's and even made a couple of phone calls, but he kept making excuses and later ignoring me.

Messege to seller:
dharwin, please make the refund, before I start posting your full name, I/C number, home phone number, mobile phone number, address and your bank details.
I could even make a police report if I want to.

Whatever the excuse may be, 4 WEEKS is TOO MUCH.

And another 2 weeks gone, still no refund. This is terrible.

Anyway, he's not a good seller. From the way he just took other peoplels pics & used it as his own.

Well, there's this seller over at Lelong, who posted cheap hp for sale but never delivered. He would dragged buyer until buyer request for a refund. Few times later, people realised he's not sincere, he actually has no phone to sell. He's just trying to get interest-free short term loan.

It could be the case here.

this guy actually had the guts to say this in his handphone thread
maybe u should just post his details, even if a refund is done doesn't mean he has done nothing wrong... i have read some of his posts and i have to agree with scorgio... he doesn't look like a good seller (was he ever a seller?! )

we should all start taking stern action against such conmen...should trap them and beat them up,but too bad...all this idiots are still roaming around freely conning ppl's hard earned money without fear cos so far i think non of this conmen have been caught and punished...all of us including myself only know how to talk bout killing ,beating that person...but so far nothing done.i think all those crooks will laugh upon visiting the trade zone dispute thread and other threads discussing bout them,where we vent out our aanger and frustration upon being cheated,but all talk no action will only prompt them to be more daring...my advice,before being conned,gather some friends if u suspect that seller is a conmen and go beat him up...cheers.

I was about to do so, but he contact me a moment ago, stating that he will refund half of the amount first.

We need a better warning system. But I'm happy that some forumers are taking it upon themselves to be "firemen". Lucky, M'sians aren't as uncaring as we sometimes believe.
