in all fairness, i dont think they're that bad. i believe that given proper defensive substitutes, they'll do just fine

Actually this is my only worries. At 21, he is still not adapt to playing in different leagues. In fact, his playing time in Bayern is dismal. If he can adapt like Coutinho did in his first few games, we found a real gem ^^
