I don't think there will be a FORCE SEX category in malaysia law
it's either rape, attempted rape or consent legal sex.
It's hard to define what is meant by FORCE
did it pin u down? uses drug? hit you till unconscious? or threatened you in gravely harm?
and in malaysia rape clause, it is quite tedious to prove the accused is raping you, i.e the burden of proof is a tough challenge
first of all is the the mens rea of raping needed to be established (question above need to be answered clearly)
that the act of rape with medical prove
following by the trauma part.
