ok i am a terrible noob at body building, currently i eat everything there is. so what should i switch my diet to? how much protien?

If you're bodybuilding, 1-1.5g protein/lb of LBM (lean body mass).
Never skip breakfast, eat at least 5 moderate sized meals a day and never skip supper.
When i say meals, i don't mean unhealthy shit. Once in a while is fine, but do it too often and you end up looking like what you eat. Go ask the other regulars to explain, this question has been asked countless times, there's even a sticky above which the mods have so kindly provided but there're always new threads like this.

thats too complex la, and i am not taking bodybuilding as a sport..i just want to increase my vert and upper body strength. thats all, sure there will be something diffrent..right?
