Previously I work in manufacturing. I can understand cut cost this and that. I joined oil&gas few years back. Nowadays o&g also downsizing and cut cost.

Meaning that corporate affair is at risk? Btw why HSE is after HR? HSE is protected by client requirement and regulation bla bla.. I think to cut cost is by cutting Quality Department?
