Hi,

I'm an electrical engineering graduate specializing in electronics/instrumentation. I've been offered by Shell Trading (downstream) and Petronas (PGB) for their Rapid project, so I need to make decision when the offer letter is out by the end of the month.

I'm wondering which one offers the better package in term of exposure and career development ? I think Shell offers a more diversed environment but will be less technical, as for Petronas it will be focused locally but the job scope is very technical.

Can someone with experience shed some light on this ?

Many thanks !
