QUOTE(SGSuser @ Aug 19 2014, 09:12 AM) depends on ur employer whether they required u to do so, altho i would say ogsp is a must working in msia plants u wan to attend urself also can, then u bear the fees urself instead of employer...not cheap if u do ur own research on the fees yes and it would take Rm 3k untuk bosiet saja , but i think ogsp boleh la kot nak buat sendiri. i'm not sure whether i'll required those training.. but if it is to make my resume looks different from others fresh graduate why not kan?

QUOTE(BaRT @ Aug 19 2014, 10:27 AM) hmm really? do you guys have any recommendation? lately i saw many companies have started YES (Young executive scheme) and SL1M (Skim latihan 1 malaysia) given training for 1 year with allowance and later if you perform they'll offer you a job. and i got interview with UEM Faber medi-care tomorrow, but i'm not sure it's good or not to start with this scheme.
