depends.....for programming its not as flexible as vb.....but it allows u to customise most of their ERP function. Not a lot of mid tier erp let you do that....
functions wise it covers most of the areas although you would need an experienced consultant to help you with the configuration if not a lot of things might go upside down.... in my opinion there is a lack of good consulting company in the market, so if ur company pick the wrong one prepare for trouble.... not so easy to fix... in erp u need to understand the business aspect as well to be a good developer...unless u only developing reports...then business aspect not important
u see if u change one aspect of the source code (provided when u buy navision developer license) it might affect other areas.....so an in experience programmer can literally screw up ur entire system.... change the posting of a product and finance manufacturing or even sales might go hay wire.... as far as programming goes it almost similiar to C. cheers. hi cyber learner...to be certified u need to take exams which as far as i currently know its open only to MBS Partner employee....
if you are working with one....you are entilted to take the exam..... its not open to general public like MSCE...... however you can check with center that offer MCSE whteher they now offer MS dynamic certification to public... |
