actually real did produce good youngster too...just they didnt trust them enough to 1st team...because their management rather buy world class player than develop their youngster into become good player......mata & eto'o is from their academy but didnt have chance to break the 1st team..in the end got sold.....and develop become very good player at another club...i bet morata & jese will be sold later....

Sneijder: Van Gaal bid hard to refuse

Wesley Sneijder has said he would find it hard to reject a move to Manchester United if new manager Louis van Gaal wanted to sign him.

The midfielder, a target for Sir Alex Ferguson during the final years of his reign at Old Trafford, is a key member of Van Gaal's Netherlands squad and won his 100th cap in the 5-1 thrashing of World Cup holders Spain.

Sneijder, 30, the joint top scorer at the 2010 World Cup, when he scored five goals, and a Champions League winner at Inter Milan, has spent the last 18 months at Galatasaray.

Speaking at a news conference prior to the Netherlands' game against Australia, he said: "I am happy at Galatasaray, I have established myself at the club and have settled in.

"However, if Van Gaal were to make me an offer, I would have to at least consider it. Nobody from the Netherlands can simply reject Van Gaal.

"In the Netherlands, Van Gaal is something like the head teacher of a school. Not everyone is lucky enough to get into his good books. He trains his players very hard, and always expects the highest standards."
