Conversion RM to avi problem

Recently use WinAvi converter to convert rmvb to avi.....
but the converter avi got problem... Sound faster than movie.... Anyone taiko...tai ka cheh can help me solve the probelm?? or intro me new software for conversion.. Thanks a lot |

To thread starter,
I think you may try use SUPER® to convert .rmvb -> .avi, my fren tried and dun have problems like you do. http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html you may check the guides section too. jst a suggestion though. |

Try use BoilSoft RM converter, convert to mpeg1 or mpeg2

mayb u can try TMPGEnc

i also using winAvi to convert, sometimes the sound didnt "run" sometimes it does...i mean different file
is it due to the rmvb format? |

probably the video is using variable frame rate which causes the audio and video not sync together

Have you try RadTools? I have to admit that those rm files is a pain to convert.
