hey guys, wondering if you all have this problem. sometimes when you plug in the earphone into the jack, the sound is played via the speaker, had to unplug and plug it back then only it will play via the earphone itself. not too sure if its a hardware issue or software :S

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ May 22 2014, 10:43 AM) i have such issue before this. that is software problem, not hardware problem. this especially happens on .681 firmware. Good to know that its just a software issue, but im currently running on .757 firmware. Should i try to do a clean installation to see if that will fix it?

QUOTE(benny888 @ May 23 2014, 12:41 PM) Check whether your caps lock was on ?? If it is not on than likely problem is your boot.img file is problematic. Try reflash the rom using flashtool or just flash boot.img file in fastbootmode If still fail then send in service center to check i see,is it complicated to re-flash the rom? i've never tried this on an android device tho. sounds complicated, only tried jailbreaking on iOS.

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ May 24 2014, 10:51 PM) in the past, its complicated but with the one click tools, its easy. you can search on XDA for the tools. Thanks mate,i'll try to look it up. the tools have to follow according to my firmware's version right?

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jun 23 2014, 06:31 AM) The anti shatter film on the phone is easily scratched. The glass beneath it is not so easily scratched. Look carefully at the phone and you can see the anti shatter film attached onto it by default Hi there,im just curious that will it void my warranty if i remove the ASF? because since my tempered glass cracked,im on the ASF and its scratched like nobody's business. :S

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jun 23 2014, 10:37 AM) according to Sony, yes it will void the warranty if you remove it. but i didnt bother about my AP set, so i removed it, the back and front. take note the front is the hardest one to remove due to that diperfucukkan adhesive beneath the ASD. i see, hmmmm, its so annoying that it gets scratched easily. Probably have to bear with it till the warranty ends :S
