I am really interested in this phone. May I ask what is the common problem on this phone ? How does it compare to like Note 2 or 3 ?

Thanks for the feedback. Also I read about the display had some black out issue. Anyone encounter this problem ? Any major break down encounter on this phone ?

I had taken the sim card out and restart few times, still same problem. Tested with other sim card also same problem. Infact my sim card work on other phone. Looks like I need to bring it for a repair for sure.

I already send it to fix yesterday, lucky still under warranty. Now waiting. The service center said my phone motherboard had issue and need to replace. Part need to order from Europe.

I had called up to their customer service to request for phone replacement as my phone the motherboard is totally dead. Replacing a motherboard is like replacing a whole phone

Today, I had to call again to Sony and still had no part for replacement. Sony had an extremely bad service. No wonder Sony phone is not popular

keeping spare parts available is part of good service. Obviously Sony does not understand this. Shame that Sony is such a big company
