well another option is to get an RCA converter
convert your front speaker output to RCA to connect to you amps
using back stock connection for your rear

hmm.... i used to use a RCA converter before i changed my HU and i didn't notice any white noise also. of course i rather have the signal split in the amp itself than using RCS converters or y-splitters. of you can always use active xovers
