Can anyone tell me how abt the latency for this game? Lagged or not?

I am having a difficulty here hope there will be a kind individuals here to assist me through this problems.

1) Have this game been launched or still waiting for it?
2) If it has been launched, where can I get this game 'coz it looks so cool and I can't even resist it now hee
3) I've been wondering, if me and my bro wanna play this game do we need to buy 2 cds or there are a cds with 2 licenses in it and how much money do we need to spend on it. I have to take this into an account so I can calculating my weekly or monthly budget
4) Just wondering for Unifi users, how is the latency within the game. Do guys having any lags or spike in there while playing?

That sure a lot of questions but hopefully someone can answer it since I am really interested to join you guys and the game community as soon as possible
