HISTORY:
im not too skinny or too fat. but all my fat tends to gather on my belly. f* belly fat. tummy obviously can see meat.
my hand small no biceps nor triceps, chest small.
join cf mid february 2014. feb is like playing around with all the equipment and stuff etc. then serious training start mid of march till now getting into 2nd month.

gain strength and build muscle while BURN THE F* belly fat!
go to beach without wearing top. showoff chest and abit of abs
Current Condition (april 2014):
previously 73.5kg+/-, been following a 4phase (3months) workout routine doing together with a friend of mine.

6day workout, 1day rest(sunday) ,each session last 50min-90min
phase 1: 17 march - 13april (FINISH)
day1-2 full body workout
day3-4 abs and cardio
phase 2: 14 april - 10 may(ONGOING)
day1 chest arm cardio
day2 arm abs
day3 legs abs
day4 cardio
