Wonder when this will be released. Might highly suggest to my wife if the price is below 700.

I wonder if she should go for z10 rather than if ever waiting for this ?

The price is expected to be idr 2199000. That is roughly around rm600 if converted directly. So the price cant be far from that range.

My wife is already loving the design. It looks very classy.

I was kidding about the... 99 thing

Your wife isn't very bright is she...
Z3 spec is lower than Z10.
Z10 LTE is already in the range of RM600 now.

I think you are the one need to brighten your point of view. Not everyone shares the same opinion as yours.

Let me expound a little, spec is not necessary in blackberry world. Blackberry IS communication device. Blackberry is not so INTO intensive graphic game like RR3 or DH4, at least for now.
If I were to choose for the spec, obviously it would be iPhone or Note 3. Even Lenovo has quad core around RM700 range.

Specification wise, z3 is more than enough for normal usage. We are talking about girl usage, normal usage. You know how they use the phone? Facebook, whatsapp, sms and calling. The most game they ever play is Candy crush saga? There is no doubt that z10 spec is far better than z3, however, again , z3 is suffice for a girl usage if you study z3's specs.

I am the one suggesting her to get z3 as z3 is the latest model which contains the latest features and one of the only hope for Blackberry for resurrection. I am pretty sure they will go balls to the wall on z3.

note : I myself using s4 LTE i9505, ex user of blackberry torch 9810 and curve 9300.

Ps : I never noticed your post saying 99 until you mentioned. So, chill.

Okay bro, erm..
I'm a Z10 STL-100-1 user myself.

Specs wise, the Z10 > Z3, except.. "size".

a) screen size (LOL)
b) battery size (LOL)

but otherwise, the Z10 is actually a good bet. If you're getting the 3G model (STL-100-1) which is a DIFFERENT CHIP (TI OMAP + PowerVR SGX544) vs the STL-100-2/3/4 models that run on Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 + Adreno 225.

I'm not so sure what is the advantage of Adreno 305 vs Adreno 225, but higher numbers = better right?
But the z3 comes with 5mp, and the z10 comes with 8. Not sure how big is the REAL world difference is.

But i'll advise you that if you buy the Z10, you really, really need to buy the battery bundle . The battery dries up real fast on the Z10. But with the newer software on 10.2.1 vs 10.0, it is a BIG world of difference. very big.

What I can guarantee is that the Z10 won't be losing out on the 10.3 update (unlike the previous generation of BlackBerry legacy devices, where if you buy the generation 6, you can't have generation 7 OS, etc)
I suggest you play around with a z3 first, then play around with a z10. For me, I solved my z10 with a powercase (very bulky), but a battery charger bundle is definitely much more preferable.
If only I can get the z30 battery bundle, it will be WORTH it!

Thanks man. Honest advice smile.gif

Then I guess I will wait for z3. My wife is sure a witch if the battery kong very fast.
