Yes. Tho' you can edit by yourself it's not really that hard. Just simply change the numbers there. Apart from that, you can edit using Dreamweaver too. wink.gif But an intermediate web designer like me, I still prefer using notepad. tongue.gif

Depends on what website you want to create. But since you said that you don't know much about php, most of open source cms out there are not really for newbies. Yet, simple blogs are pretty easy to use.

Crazylah. He doesn't know anything yet you want him to create a CMS? If I have time, I can do my own CMS but it's a lot easier to take something ready-made. happy.gif
