Stayed in Sri Indar Hotel in Bukit Mertajam 2 years back. Clean, with WIFI and water dispenser, I think it's pretty good and budget. Although I found few very small cockroach in the bathroom...

They are some new one recently like P.I.C.E, Ixora, MyHotel... haven't stay before though.
