Hie, Big bros and Big sis

Im applying for a job with an international company whereby its gonna be offerring a very very good deal. Problem is: there is only 1 position for this job and I am the 150 selected.

We have to go through a couple of stages of filtering such as phone interviews, test, HR interview, assessment exercise and also manager interview.

I have a question, how to stay ahead of da game? any tips? Im a 2nd upper overseas student wif a good CV... But I think I need some practical stuff to stay ahead of this rclxm9.gif

Thanks ya

There is no "practical" way unless you can get yourself an interview. There are alot of job applications which receives few hundreds of application.

The best way I can suggest is tailor your CV and your Cover Letter well to suit the company's need. Remember to provide as much details as possible, employer loves details smile.gif

Also, do give more examples of your work experience in your cover letter and don't make the letter sound like an average joe.

I totally agree with her. Smart! Put in the thought that you are special and you can do what others can't do. The aim is just to get yourself an interview. And in the interview, its up to yourself to impress them.
