Traditional collagen creams are not entirely useless because collagen can hold moisture and makes a decent moisturizer. But do not expect these creams to strengthen your skin. " It does not work. "Collagen is a large, complicated molecule. It’s “molecular weight” ranges between 65,000 and 300,000 Daltons (a “dalton” is a unit of weight used for molecules). By comparison, the molecular weight of water is only 18 Daltons. Even a “small” piece of collagen weighing 65,000 Daltons will never penetrate the skin. It’s simply too large! Remember, skin is designed to keep big stuff out, not let big stuff in." Can't be absorbed. |

I too have stretch marks but I wear them proudly, they're the symbol of successful fat loss. I assume that they'll be be gone when I start bulking. Maybe I did went at you with an overly aggressive manner. I apologize for that. No hard feelings ya. |

Not really, i have stretch mark myself and only recently i try and handle them with those method, it won't gone just by bulking alone, it's like a scar left after we went through massive weight lose, the cream may not help entirely but it does lighten the scar, else the only way is to go for cosmetic surgery.I too have stretch marks but I wear them proudly, they're the symbol of successful fat loss. There's no harm trying I suppose, there's also suggestion about using salt scrub twice a week which i trying too, and yes they helped. Ur examples already give a good indication that articles can be wrong where eggs debate has provide various outcome through decades and no one can yet to firmly define that the cholesterol is entirely good or bad for our health, simply because every each of us has a different organs that function differently, in the end the result depends on each and every one of us, statistic can only prove so far by using a numbers of ppl. |

So previously I gave sound articles and research outcome about eggs, and they're not firmly concluded as per you. There's no harm trying I suppose, there's also suggestion about using salt scrub twice a week which i trying too, and yes they helped. Go ahead, try starting another conversation here. Before you do so, try reading the thread for yourself. There are a lot of good sources given in the thread. Everyday egg healthy? I also gave some articles that provide logical explanation of why the cream wouldn't help. Nope, didn't convince you as well. Up to you la. Since you based your advice solely on 'hearsay' and that's definitely the best source of fact right? My problem with this section is when people give baseless advice to people. Need various lab test for eggs to show their cholesterol level? As accurate as a dozen of labs that doing the same test? If yes maybe i should present some of my lab results from various major farms in Msia. TPC, LTK, EHH, FFM, HS if u know who they are, and most of the time the result has very big different, since eggs produced from different farm has very different condition in each of them, different batch of chicken, different living environnment, different feeding, that's why there's yet to have a firm conclusion on the impact of cholesterol level, same as many live stock products Go ahead, try starting another conversation here. But those test are certified to them so it's a bit inconvenient for me to show thought, take it as an empty words from my filthy mouth anyway since i not gonna show anything here |

Get Vitamin E capsules. Break it, rub the contents into the stretch marks area. Coconut oil tends to help too.
