These 2 companies...
they are what you called diversified or.... ROJAK.
they own different kind of business...
and one of them is property development....
in which....
as you would have seen...
profits from it is much more than profit from their other business....

and because it's mixed....
u don't see these companies trade at much higher PE multiples such as over 25x.
Can you imagine the price of Scientex at 25x pe?

Btw any thoughts on Health care sector?

I do feel that perhaps it is better to allow the market digest this consolidation first....

there are far too many new players in the shark market...
thinking they are godsend...
and it's in their privilege to treat the market like an atm cash machine....     
they lack no respect for the beast in the market......
