I claimed my Nexus 5 which has a non-functional Wi-Fi and kept on rebooting on it's own
I spoke to 4 diff people in their company all of them just keep on passing on the responsibility of RMA status update to one another
First spoke to Ms.Agnes,then she pass me to d technician directly,then technician pass me to Jason directly,then Jason pass me to Mr.Ng
I also got angry and frustrated and left it
Then after 3 weeks I told Jason (Mr.Jay) which is supposedly the manager I am gonna report to Consumer Tribunal Malaysia
Next day my phone is ready

Anyways d best part is d Nexus 5 also it seems like they didn't repair properly as the back cover and phone has a slight gap now and it feels a bit loose
Also the back cover seems to be creaking in quite a few a places

Moral of the story is always buy Ori for peace of mind,tried AP and too b frank too much headache and worry over the long wait of repair and you don't even get ur phone properly fixed at d end of d day
