yes...there's chance for pregnancy if penis din enter the vagina. some guys when they erect, their penis produces semen...a clear one, not the cum...but there's still sperms inside...so even if the girl is virgin, the semen can go in the vagina too...
which bio books are u reading? the first book i read about girl can get pregnant with penis touch outside vagina only is from 1970's... now even scientifically approved by sciencetis... that is what i just said, semen consist of sperms too.
