Not really review or comment about the Planters Haven, Nilai by Sime Darby. I never been there and really would like to get some opinion from you guys about this area. Whats are the advantages and disadvatages?? Thanks.

Sime Darby properties are more for price speculation and property flippers.
Inside looks good, but before reaching the nearest town or highway, the road are quite dark, every month sure 1 accident nearby.

How is the security inside? How far the markets, public facilities etc.?

Survey your self then only decide.

Planter's Haven represents a living style of an estate manager like in the olden days. Not sure about security, ask PDRM. Very near Seremban town although not walking distance.

Forgot already, with SIme Darby properties, no matter how good the so-called security is, your house will sure have break ins, every month.

Why is that only SD properties prone to break ins? Others no?

I don't think it's specific to SIME Darby.

It's in the middle of no where and these houses stand out among the rest.

It's easy target.

Any G&G you are forever subjected to break-ins.
You won't have break-ins once you sell it.

went there before, a nice place to retire, but not during your working days...
