1. Watercool this - should be around 6-7k
or get another 2. titan black /sell of my u29 and get dell U34 3840x1440 or LG equivalent.

But back to business. WC your case shouldn't take more than 4-5K tops, dual GPU setup included.

As for your Titan Blacks, 2 is enough. 3 is overkill. 4 is wasted.

If you want Maxwell/Broadwell, keep everything and only change then. Although you probably won't see much differences. I'd say get a second Titan Black, get a nice 480mm+240mm rad with D5 pump setup, and you're good to go.

actually i may have a few pumps compression, rotary etc all sitting around and enough for the build if i dont go rigid tubing.. but thought if gonna do it might as well be in the trend.

so just in the middle.. cant decide. that air rig looks like missing another titan black.

Huehuehue. Guess you like em Aquacomputer blocks as well. Welcome to the club brother.

But in all honesty, you don't need twin D5's. All that mods is jacking up the price sky high. One is enough for single GPU+single CPU setup. A 480mm rad is sufficient for everything.

Or, You can make a 360+240 combo if you wish. So pump - cpu block - 360 - GPU - 240 - res. With this you can add a second Titan easily. But since you want mobo blocks you can add it between the cpu block and the 360mm rad.

Again though, you like air rigs. So you might as well just add another Titan Black and be done. For now. Haha.

4770k on mine vs a DDC with EK supreme HF and a HWlabs 280GTX/360 GTS rad with some corsair 120 howlers

btw just having a discussion with u guys so can point me at the right direction.

So far hmm gtx titan black zotac first batch sold out. thats a bummer. Getting a second one is risky from S/N thats far off from the first.

Hahahhaa okay. Thought you liked it for the looks. But yeah, aqua doesn't really stamp GPU names on their kyrographics lines.

As for the radiators, General rule is 120mm per item, plus maybe another 240mm on top the extras to ensure max performance. Anymore and you would only be causing extra resistance to the loop.

Which leads me to the pump. You can get twin MCP35X pumps. Massive massive head pressure. Instead of bitspower you can combine them with the Aquacompter DDC top and reservoir. Looks pretty damn good. But that's if you want your massive 560+280 setup. But you're going for a silent fan setup so I suppose that amount of rads is required.

As for cooling the mobo and HDD, that one is up to you. You can WC pretty much anything in your case now anyways.

Wow, sold out. Didn't know demand is that high. I guess you have no chocolate 've since you do want a second Titan Black.

Not really, a 240 rad & a 480 rad has the same "resistance" to the loop. The 120 per item rule doesn't really apply much if you are overclocking & considering its cstkl1, he is going to overclock the heck out of it laugh.gif

You probably missed out his post, he needs high flow. Flow & head pressure is two separate things in a wc loop. There was a thread in OCN explaining in details, its a good read if you can find. Dual pumps not only add head pressure but it also adds reliability.

Personally I will never recommend a mcp35x or ddc pump due to its heat output. Some people put those pump near their psu/bottom of the casing where no airflow is passing through. Those pump do generate heat & it can get pretty hot after a while. Its up to user la, both pump are pretty good but D5 will always be my top 1.

Oh wait, sorry. I forgot he is a crazy overclocker. My bad. Was assuming everything will be on stock or have a slight bump. I smell 4.5-4.7Ghz CPU with 1300Mhz GPU combos. Hehe.

I suggested the MCP35x for the head pressure to counter all the resistance in the loop, which I'm guessing will be a lot. But again, it's dual D5s so I guess it'll be fine. It's a watershed here because it's dual pumps so whatever it is, it'll be fine I guess.

As for heat output, you can always buy pump heatsinks. Plus I think with his pump at the front or bottom of the case there will be sufficient airflow.

Usually bottom and front rads are always in intake, and top and rear is always in exhuast. As long you have sufficient exhaust fans on top and behind your case, it should be fine.

Then it's even better. Your only source of hot air is the front. You can use your top and rear exhuast to blow it out. A lot of cases use front rads which push slightly warm air in but as long your exhaust fans are working it'll be okay.
