42k usually meant for low cost citizens...
there are rules wan...income tested...racial tested...subsale only able after 10 years....and worst part......until you want to get your title....this is when trouble comes.... bcos most flats owners unable to pay for title transfer n dbkl wont do title transfer for individual...they want to do it flat by flat basis. |

KUALA LUMPUR: Kira-kira 300 penduduk Jinjang Selatan Tambahan, di sini, mendakwa rumah percuma dijanjikan pemaju projek pembangunan bercampur di kawasan itu sebagai pampasan untuk berpindah, belum diterima.
Lebih teruk, permintaan pemaju supaya mereka mengemukakan lesen pendudukan sementara (TOL) sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan rumah percuma dijanjikan sebelum ini, sukar dipenuhi. Ini kerana rata-rata mereka yang menetap di kawasan itu sejak 1960-an dan 1970-an tidak lagi memiliki dokumen terbabit disebabkan sudah hilang, malah ia tidak lagi boleh dituntut di pejabat tanah atau Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. Setiausaha Jawatankuasa Penyelesaian Perumahan Tetap Jinjang Selatan Tambahan, Ameer Khan Bargatha Alli, berkata permintaan pemaju itu dilihat sebagai tidal adil memandangkan 200 penduduk sebelum ini sudah diberi rumah percuma tanpa perlu mengemukakan TOL. “Seramai 200 penduduk sudah mendapat rumah percuma tanpa sebarang TOL dan baki (kira-kira 300 lagi) perlu menunjukkan TOL untuk mendapatkan rumah. “Kami sudah bersuara tentang ini sejak 2013 dan semuanya sudah selesai, namun baru-baru ini pemaju meletakkan syarat kerana mereka rasa rugi jika rumah diberikan secara percuma. “Jika baki 300 penduduk ini tidak dapat mengemukakan TOL, kami dikehendaki membeli rumah baharu padahal dalam perjanjian asal, rumah percuma akan diberikan kepada semua,” katanya ketika ditemui, di sini. Ameer mendakwa,tindakan pemaju itu seolah-olah menafikan hak kumpulan penduduk terbabit. “Tidak ada beza sama ada kami mempunyai TOL ataupun tidak, kerana tanah ini sudah dikategorikan sebagai tanah milik kerajaan. “Jika betul mereka (pemaju) mahu kami tunjukkan TOL, mereka perlu memanggil semula 200 penduduk yang sudah mendapat rumah untuk tunjukkan TOL. Setahu kami, kurang 30 orang sahaja yang masih memiliki TOL,” katanya. Dalam pada itu, Ameer berkata, beliau bersama kira-kira 50 penduduk akan menyerahkan memorandum berhubung perkara itu kepada Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob dan berharap isu terbabit dapat diselesaikan dan penduduk mendapat pembelaan sewajarnya. -BERITA HARIAN Election is coming, Jinjang Selatan Tambahan issues coming out again.
