hickups : imho, the 3 red blinks means that one of the door or boot or bonnet is unlocked. possibly faulty sensor. try leaving the door opened & fingers at the button sensors to know which one is faulty.

might even be as simple as a loose wire etc...

if u have the sound, it should be 3 beeps instead of 1 for locking or arming the alarm.

u should also get the same amount of signal flashes as your beeps. that is unless u disable or silenced the beeping...

so what did you do to fix the problem? adjust sensor at the bonnet?

i believe its the suspension top mount loose. mine only happens when turning on uneven roads. when straight & uneven, no problems. i replaced it once and the sound was gone.. then come back a few weeks later... endup dun wan to replace liao.. too expensive..

another thing is i drive waja and the 3 points strut bar i believe contributes to the top mount KO earlier than normal.

ahpaul : rm300 both sides. its non-ori... that was 2 years ago. another tell tale sign is that when you go over high bridges, u will hear a knocking sound. that is when your whole top mount rubber is gone case ie loose or no rubber... so steel to steel knocking sounds.....

eastwest : no need take out. ur mechanic can jack up the car. if u see the top mount (centre round shape thingy) moving up and down, it means its dead already...

ahpaul : maybe i kena chop lo... coz its a tyre shop. i was doing alignment when they mentioned that the mounting was dead so replaced it one shot. he say 1 side or 2 sides... i was a bit blurr to say "not come in 1 pair meh?!" so in conclusion, can save cost by buying 1 side only... then again if 1 side already dead, the other side will not be there for too long either...

Anyone know what cause relay rosak?

I having issue on my both sides fog lamp suddenly turn off,

checked fuse box, realized fog lamp fuse broken,

changed new one, Key on and try see the fog lamp on or not,

mana tao same, fog lamp switch show turn on already but no light output..  rclxub.gif

plug out the fuse noticed it broken again...  shocking.gif

the only guess is fog lamp relay issue?

better get it checked by mech or wireman. relays usually hard to spoil unless overvoltage or short circuit.

its oil + dirt so need a degreaser. some soap will do. water sure cannot wash it off due to water+oil dun mix. haha...

anyway i think the rocker cover gasket leaking will have issue? mine also got this dirt around and might wanna change it in my next EO change.
