Yeah. But not sure if it's confirmed green from boss or the % to drop blue from bosses have been decreased. Or that at lower level missions, the bosses only drop green and won't drop blue no matter your level and difficulty.
I said that because I did hard mode destroy Napalm mission (whatever the name was, can't rmb) last night, the boss dropped 2 blues for me. But the boss for Time Square only dropped green for me.

btw thanks for the indirect hint to look for that fix
