Bumi I heard only 50 units, 7% discount, most already sapued yesterday..

Very cheap after 7%+ 2% discount.. close to RM410k only for Type A.

About 2-3k increase, certain floor with no. 8 increase more.
Block East view can see Quartz ridge & rainforest.

seems like not really attract the crowd...
this area still not really can attract buyers especially chinese buyers..

I went there to see show unit design, find out the sales promo/package/price changes to see whether any price appreciation or not since no more DIBS.

By 4pm.. almost all the low and mid floor unit sold out for Type A & B entry, only left the higher floor unit..
close or > RM800psft already or extra abt rm50k+ for the same unit size.

My neigbour went there early morning abt 7am , bought 1 unit type B 2 rooms, later call another neighbour come to buy, she reach in the afternoon around 1pm... get no. close to 300, also bought type B.

Both are happy coz managed to get mid/high floor unit facing Bkt Tabur even without bumi discount.
Can get 2 big bedrooms close to rm600k still quite good coz each room only about RM300k and have 1 car park.

sunday supposedly the opfficial launch date but may did their business on saturday.
seems like no more updates for sunday's event or sales were stagnant?
anyway, more or less 50% take up rate for 1st block.
still consider good business lah.

Bkt Tabur East view abt 80% booked
City West view abt 70% booked.



Sunday mostly high floor and big units left, the price are much higher but still have ppl buy especially the rich ones.

How many percent consider "No Good Business" then ? zero percent ?

Must check what is the opening taken rate (meaning units bought by "insider") then how many actually open to sell to "general public".

If my kid's get 50 points in exam, i will rotan them..

i think less than 30% on opening day would be bad business.

I went there around 1PM++.....min Level 20 and above...nothing attract me. The show units were pathetic.... cheap finishing and decoration...i can even see cracks... What a low blow for prestige Sime Darby........ bleeeeehhh........

showhouse was not impressive at all.
first question i ask them was "black tiles ah?".
ID? what ID? more like a staff given a budget and just did what they think is ok. lol.

not to mention the staff competency was also very bad.
