There have reviews on Serini and some comparison with Nadayu62. My neighbour who bought Serini went to Nadayu62. Iraman, Infiniti & Riana Green earlier to survey but after some consideration feel Serini is better coz its freehold, CBD area, convenient, easy 2 rent out and main attraction is Melawati mall.
