if thats the case go for audiophile headphone bro

gaming headset from sennheiser/kngston are awesome for gaming type audio with decent mic

if you got a standalone mic i would get a audiophile grade headphones based on the budget you want to spend
senn g4me zero etc afaik are retuned hd598s
the new gsp600 (hardwarecanucks review says its super comfortable) .. i am getting dat when its launch to compare with my g4me zero, one and hd650. yeah i am biased to senn.

With your budget, you can consider wireless gaming headset like Steelseries Arctic 7 hmm.gif

For closed cans, Sony MDR-1A, bassy and comfortable cans. Prices have been low recently, making it quite worth the price. Sennheiser HD4.40BT can be considered if you want Bluetooth. If you want a more flat sounding headphone, Audio Technica M40x will be suitable, spend the remaining on a pair of Brainwavz Sheepskin Leather Angled earpads and pair it with the M40x, makes it significantly more comfortable.

Errr... Only If you buy from Amazon US then it'll be within your budget. Should be around RM700+-. It's a very light and comfortable headphone. The treble is slightly rolled off, making it non-fatiguing and suitable for long hours of listening, however it's open-back, so there's no noise isolation. It is recommended to buy a third party 1.2m cable on Amazon if you were to get the HD598 as the default 1.2m cable comes with a mic and is rather flimsy. If you want a cheaper option, there is the Philips SHP9500, the treble is brighter but overall a great pair of cans too.

Looking for an amp recommendation. Currently i am use hyperx cloud II for gaming with my PS4. But the sound quality is a bit lacking from PS4. So want to use an amp for it. Any recommendation of amp for gaming?

So far amp for gaming that i found are
1) Astro Mixamp
2) Sennheiser GSX 1000
3) Turtle Beach Tactical Audio Controller(this seem like no seller selling it)

Hi guys

Can recommend me a headset that works wirelessly and wired..also can be used to connect to phone via 3.5m jack

I only know Logitech g933 had this feature but wasn't available in Msia last time..end up buying wired g633 but the 3.5m jack quality isn't that good

steelseries really felt underpower for me and although comfortable the clamp is just not hard enough compare to hyperx alpha.
