Im building a pc with the i5 4670k and going to oc.is it better of liquid cool it or just fan cool?

U want some advice?? Test the cpu with aircooling first to see how the
Voltage increase with cpu multi.
Only then decide. Haswell in malaysia has small variance between cooling options but comes at big price.
So if ure cpu good then u can justify blowing dough on custom wc
