I can see it clearly, no problems whatsoever. To me, there's nothing wrong with it. The 12v rail slightly overvolts but its okay as long as it is above 12v. You got a nice psu there.

Yeah, software reading is not that accurate. Maybe plugging more hdd might help u lower those voltages.

Good psu always overvolts, its normal. In your situation, ur system power usage is lower than what the psu can supplly/handle so it overvolts a bit more in general.
