izzit true?? since this is first time i saw psu provided higher voltage from the specification.. btw i think the others forumers was right..software reading somehow didn't so accurate..u can directly check ur 12volt at the second 12 volt rail..while ur pc in use..but i juz wan to remind since multimeter will short circuit and disturb ur psu voltage by theory
