Delivery Policy:
1) We are offering Poslaju Courier Services at RM8.00 for Peninsular and RM11.00 for Sabah/Sarawak for first 500gm.
2) Tracking number will be provided on the day of delivery.
3) Delivery period vary from 1-2 working days.
4) Please contact us immediately if your parcel do not arrived within the delivery period.
5) You may visit Pos Malaysia website or contact Poslaju at 1-300-300-300 for parcel tracking.
6) For losses of parcel, minimum of 14 days will be required for Poslaju to carry-out their investigation which means no refund or replacement during the investigation period.

Refund & Return Policy:
1) We do not accept refund for all of our after sales products.
2) Refund is ONLY accepted due to our insufficient stock.
3) We ONLY accept the return of our product due to defection and the product MUST remain unused and sealed in box.
4) Delivery fee for returning the item to us is responsible by buyer.
5) We reserved the right to cancel any refund and return from our buyer.
