Now we already past the 15th as a dateline by MCMC, anyone here got barred due to that? my friend can't make and received any calls as he is too confident with the registration submitted through a dealer and some more never check the status after the registration.

I thought that also, but if we still can received calls that is mean the line is still active, then the MCMC regulation does not enforced at all.

Same as what you describe, only the name. However if you call the careline they can tell you IC no as what the registration form submitted to them. IMO ic nos. sometime is confidential to some ppl, lets say somebody know your name together with your ic nos. exploitation may taking place.

The system send massive SMSes to millions of it's subscribers mostly during midnite onwards, reasons being if send during peak hours the whole SMS server may get choke.

QUOTE(kupang @ Dec 30 2006, 10:40 AM)
anyway i just wondering ..
when will celcom introduce a plan similar to maxis postpaid plan..

e.g maxis postpaid p75 plan
all kind of usages (including data ->gprs/3G) are included in the monthly flat charges
not just for sms/call to Telekom & mobile no.
*
A good suggestion for users with multi usages, however Minutes plan do have their own followers who use to talk more compared to sms and data. Only powertools have this multi usages in their package.

True, he is a victim of his own carelessness. The complaints not only happen to celcom, but it does happen to maxis and digi as well. The best place to check it out is at their respective branch, sometime you'll see and hear customers banging the table due to some arguments.

For postpaid normal sim card upgrade to USIM, it is still free at the moment. Unless they already imposed charge started this morning.
