hello there, just drop by here to ask something about the postpaid bill.
hope some of you could help me out.
I just got the bill from celcom for my postpaid number.
my package is Minutes Postpaid-C250
I'm curious now is, why at the RINGKASAN AKAUN there, they do charge me for RM75 for CAJ BULANAN?
according to the bill, I only use RM11.34, and now I've to pay all total for RM81.50 after discount and service charge.
really curious about this, cause when the time I register for this number, the salesperson told me that if I make phone call less than RM50, I'll have to pay RM50 only, but now how come they charge me RM75 for the monthly fees? Should or should not I pay for the bill?
Any idea for my problem? Hope got people can explain to me

you are right. after 5 months then you will only see the RM80 + RM3 (itemised billing) + 5% tax.

The deposit is not required under their advertisement BUT you will be charged the Backdated PV rate (which is basically YOUR deposit btw ) for the first 5 months.

The deposit (or PV rate whatever u wish to call it) will be based on your plans. If your monthly plan is RM80) , then the PV will be RM80 ( but charged RM16 per month for the next 5 months , 16 x 5 = 80).

If you monthly fee is RM50 , then  your deposit will be RM50 (RM10 per month x 5 months).

that is to say for celcom postpaid subscribers, you are not required to pay deposit, connection fee, stamp duty or advance fee  during sign up BUT it will be charged to your account for first 5 months.
