As of this time, Celcom 3g subscriber can't make & receive calls

I've called them up and they said they just got a MEMO too regarding this issue.

This effects all Celcom 3g subscriber nationwide. To temporary solve it, they said set the operator to GSM mode only (i haven't try this though)
