me also celcom user since YEARS ago. i forgot how many years d lor.haha
anyway i am changing to 3g hp soon so would like to upgrade my sim card.

now i am using a very very old simcard. never upgrded bfore.
i wanna ask., do they charge us for sim card upgrade? last time they called me to collect the new sim card (upgraded one) from the celcom center but i dint go cos not free. it was for free that time..but i wonder isit free now?

and if i wana change to 3g sim card... isit free now or they charge us?

sorry if i ask stupid questions.i am not so sure about all these services and stuff. pls clarify for me , anyone.

i wanted to upgrade my sim to 3G card last week but because the name for this sim card(postpaid acct) was under my brother's name, i cant change.

just wana ask anyone who changed their sim to 3G sim... isit necessary to submit the old sim to them when upgrading? or isit possible if my brother just go to the center and upgrade for me(*get the card for me from them*)? and also wil they need to do any configurations on my hp for the 3G function??

i am not too sure how these things works so i hope someone could help me on this

yea i asked the celcom center person and he said only my bro can change it or either he write a letter for me. i am planning to call him to get the new sim for me on his own. lazy wanna follow him to the center. after all, its under his name lol

well i am not too familiar with 3G.. just wondering.. i heardthat video call only can be made between the same network..is it true? because i tried calling my fren (he's using another network) and it seems it doesnt work.call failed.

yea. tat time when i tried to call, there was a 3G icon bar on the hp. my fren and i confirmed we have turned on the 3g..and i tried calling..but cant. nvmla. hahaha. was just thinking of trying it only. maybe try it some other time again. i can mms though

recently i always get this celcom joke advertisement sms. call me to subscribe the AJOKE wadever.very irritating. i wonder any of you got those sms too?? its the same sms but i get it every single day. sometimes twice. i hate it so much
ishhh =.=

i dint even turn it on or wadsoever. the sms just keep coming.
means can turn it off as in block all the sms-es from this AJOKE thingy?
